All Dutchland Quilt Patch merchandise purchased online holds a 30-day money-back guarantee. Excludes fabric and sale items. Fabric is nonrefundable unless damaged or otherwise given permission.
Orders:
Most orders go out within 1 - 3 business days of receipt. Please note that business days include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays. Allow 6 - 14 business days for delivery via UPS Ground. All orders will be shipped complete unless otherwise notified. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.

Return and/or Exchange Policy:
We hope you enjoy your purchase from Dutchland Quilt Patch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return the merchandise within 30 days to Dutchland Quilt Patch, Customer Service Returns, 2851 Lincoln Hwy. East, Ronks, Pa. 17572. Enclose a copy of the Customer Invoice and a reason for the return or exchange. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost. If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges and sale items are not refundable. Damage in Transit:
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If this happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately via phone or email.
Please open packages immediately and report any damages within 7 business days of reciept.
